Introduction
What Is This Guide About?
This is a work in progress guide which will show you and hopefully teach you how to solo stealth the majoirty of the heists in Payday 2. This guide will be equipped with text, pictures and of course video, so you can easily follow along and get a clear understanding on what you need to do. All the heists I complete will most likely be on the Death Wish difficulty. If you don't like playing on Death Wish, be a baby and drop down to the Overkill difficulty.

What Will I Need Before I Start?
Since this a stealth guide, you will need to invest your skill points into a ghost build. Do what you feel comfortable with, but if you get stuck, I'll show you what my build looks like so you can copy it, or just get ideas from it. I also expect you have general knowledge about each map. Yes, I'll still talk about where you can find keycards, camera rooms etc, but don't expect a full breakdown of every single map.

Conclusion
That's about the introduction done. Since this is a work in progress guide, I will be adding to it as I keep going, so go ahead and favourite it so you can keep up with any updates and subscribe to my Youtube channel so you can see all future Payday 2 videos uploaded there.
Stealth Build
Shadow Raid
The Heist
Ah, Shadow Raid. You will either feel two ways about completing this heist on your own. You'll either find it extremely easy, or extremely difficult. But with enough time and patience, you'll be able to complete this heist on your own, anytime you wish to attempt it. So, Shadow Raid is a fairly basic heist. You're required to sneak into a warehouse, steal 12 bags (or more) of varied loot and get out without being spotted. The first thing I suggest doing is buying a silenced shotgun. These enemies take a lot of bullets to kill with just a pistol, using a shotgun with a silencer on takes one shot (If you're unaware to them), or around three to four depending on how close you are to them.

For the pre-planning stage, you'll want to purchase three assets. You'll want to purchase the loot drop off point (the dumpster) and place it at the waterfront. You'll also want to buy body bags and of course, thermite. The reason I use a loot drop off point instead of using the bag zipline to the boat is because it's faster. The thermite is only going to be used once, again, go to the waterfront and gain access to the sewers there. Do not use the thermite right where you spawn, it will just take you longer to complete the heist. Stock up on body bags and you're ready to go.

Before you even do anything with thermite or even consider collecting any loot, you'll want to take out the camera guard. Watch the video below, it shows you how it's done and it's not that difficult to do. Using the shotgun as well means you can blast the guard into the corner of the room and you won't need to bag up his body. Once you do that, collect all the loot you can. There isn't much else I can say in text, again, just watch the video to see how I pulled it off.

Tips & Tricks
  • Jesus Christ, just take your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time.
  • Only kill when you have to.
  • Focus on the top floor first, that way you can clear out all the loot before anymore potential guards arrive by the helicopter.
  • God be with you when you have to move an artifact from the warehouse.
  • Use a silenced shotgun for this.

Hoxton Revenge
The Heist
Hoxton Revenge is not a walk in the park. It will take you many attempts to get used to the guard behavior, the placement of the keycards, placement of the evidence, etc etc. Unlike other heists, Hoxton Revenge has a different set of scenarios every time you play. One game you may be required to get two keycards and access the telephone pole. The other game you may need to take the FBI boss hostage and hack the FBI laptop for the vault door code. Take a few attempts to just explore the map and get used to it. Like I said, this is a difficult heist to pull off on your own and it took me a few hours to finally do.

Tips & Tricks
  • Don't bother killing the camera guard, most cameras are located outside and shouldn't affect you.
  • Try not to kill any guards outside the perimeter of the house. It's difficult to move them around and hide their bodies.
  • If you notice the FBI boss, it means the vault is near his location.
  • Always keep the max number of body bags on your person.
  • The stairs that lead to the basement, located near the garage on the front of the house is a good place to hide body bags or loot, as I'm sure guards don't go down there and it's a camera blind spot.
  • Take care when moving the FBI boss around, guards outside will notice him and will be alerted if they spot him near the window.

The Video
Framing Frame
The Heist
Framing Frame is split into three days, and your performance on day one affects how day two is played and day three is probably the most challenging. For day one, you're required to steal marked paintings from an art gallery. You're required to steal four (I believe) in order to meet the requirement to get onto day two. How you approach and complete day one of the Framing Frame heist will affect day two. If you decide to go guns blazing, you'll get a team of SWAT waiting for you at the trade. If you decide to play it smart, you have little to no chance of getting ambushed and can just walk straight through.

Now day three is probably going to take you the longest to acomplish. You're required to collect 5 items scattered around the apartment, find a hidden vault, move coke and optionally bring back some gold to add to your takings. Take your time, don't rush, learn the guard movements, only kill when required and watch out for the lasers on the vault door. Depending how long it takes you to find the 5 items, this heist will take you around thirty to forty minutes to complete.

Tips & Tricks
  • Beware if you kill 4 guards, you'll have a new guard come and look around the map for day one and three for a few minutes. (Thanks to Yurek for the correction)
  • Throw the paintings from day one through the open windows on the roof, like I attempt to do in the video.
  • Be careful when you throw any loot bags around. For example, if you try and throw paintings through the open windows on day one and a guard spots the bag randomly flying through the air, you'll get detected instantly.
  • On day three, use the CCTV to try and spot where the 5 items are. The more paintings you steal, the more cameras you'll get access to.

Hi.

Adding on to Framing Frame, the additional guard spawn on Day 1 & 3 despawns after about 7-8 minute.
What I do if I killed 4 guards on Day 3 is to just wait on the roof for 7-8 minutes, and after that guard despawns, you have the entire house with only 2 guards, which makes things a lot less complicated.

Ah, thanks for the clarifiaction! That explains why some of the other skills are in there.

Thanks for all the comments on the build, I've read the majority of comments about it and taken it all in. When I play online casually, I don't tend to use another build, which is why you see things in the build that don't make sense to stealth, but it's just my personal preference on playing, that's all.

I agree with FearlessChair for the stealth build:
- Painkiller / Combat Medic is pretty much useless
- Duck & Cover, Pumping Iron are not really necessary either
- I feel Moving Target has very little use in a stealth build

My preference is not to ace ECM Specialist since you can then use your ECMs and kill a guard under a cam, answer his pager, and leave the area

Here is something closer to what I use:

Some notes on that build:
- It does require all the Mastermind / Ghost / Enforcer / Technician Infamy bonuses for skill point reduction
- It allows you to buy spotter / inside man assets, has 6 cable ties, can dominate guards
- It has silent drills as well as the option to bring 6 trip mines as sensor mines
- Cam Loop, Lockpick, ECM for doors, 2 ECMs, Fast Hands, Sprinter, Cat Burglar, allows you to buy body bag assets
- You start with 2 body bags and can hold up to 3
- You have Sixth Sense and can also pick up keycards in stealth on Big Bank and Bank Heist
- You have Shinobi Basic and Run & Gun Basic which is good for general movement speed

If you have the spending cash, you can consider having different stealth builds depending on the mission. For example, you can have a build for bringing Body Bag deployables for a heist like Hoxton Revenge where you might not need trip mines or drill skills. Or a saw build for stealthing Go Bank and Bank Heist variants

Sometimes if you spot the FBI boss,it doesn't necessarily mean vault is nearby.I had a run where the boss was on the second floor of the main building and the vault was actually near the basement.

Guards will actually head down to the basement, but only in the tape area. They will not head to the possible camera room location,so that is the only area where you can hide bodies and loot.
Most bushes outside the house on Hox Revenge are solid, meaning you can hide anything there most of the time.May need to do some experimentation to see which is solid or just a placeholder.

That being settled, your build has a heckton of flaws.Mastermind dosen't need the second row of skills, because stealth dosen't need team-enhancing abilities apart from Endurance.Sprinting in all locations doesn't seem like a useful skill, those points may be better for Silent Killer basic to give the silenced weps a punch & Camera Loop aced.
