Description

With this asset, you can build perfectly circular culs-de-sac for those suburban neighborhoods. They are made to be the smallest possible radius curves and include a single large tree in the center.

The culs-de-sac can be attached to one another or used single. Please note that due to the small size of the circles you cannot attach roads to them on the diagonals, but only on the 3 remaining orthogonal points and the provided road stubs. More detailed and clear instructions are included in the images.

The Asset Editor screenshot image for some reason shows it sort of oval shaped, but I assure you they are perfectly circular.

whatever happened to your modular Avenue v2? Nothing is in that collection although you have a lot of detail about it.

I have a lot of your stuff, plant to use them in many cities over and over :)
