Using your Android phone as a microphone

This guide will teach you how to use your Android phone either as a wireless or as a wired microphone.

Things you will need

For USB connection

-An Android phone
-A USB cable
-The official software

For Bluetooth connection

-An android phone
-A bluetooth adapter for your PC
-The official software

For WIFI connection

-An android phone
-A WIFI router that is connected to through both your phone and your PC
-The official software

Things you will need to do on your phone

First of all go to the play store and search for WO Mic.It should be this one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wo.voice
Download an install it.

Now go to your phone's settings>applications and turn on the developer settings.Make sure that usb debugging is turned on.

Once you have installed it open it,press the settings button on your phone and go to the settings window.

Once you are there you will need to chose your preffered method of connection.

You also need to take note of the Control and Media ports.

Things you need to do on your PC

First of all download the software from the official website
http://www.wirelessorange.com/womic/install.html

Then install the PC driver and the PC client on your computer.

After you have installed the client open it and go to Options>Ports...

Type in the ports from your mobile phone in there.

Once you are done go to Connection>connect and chose the same method as on your phone.

If you are using the Wifi method go to your phone's application and above the microphone there should be something along Wifi - 192.168.x.x
Type that in into the field on your computer.

Disclaimer: You must restart your PC after installing the drivers.

Getting finished

After you have done all that press the settings button on your phone and press Start.
The microphone should have turned green now.
All you need to do now is to test the microphone.

Bruh! you are a life saver, Saw it in my recording devices working fine (after turtle beachs broke before i even used the mic)
booted up FL studio buss a free style and it works,It's the best quality sound,however for talking it's fine just a mono mic.

My PC Doesn't recognize WoMic, so I cant select it on steam - Its not in recording devices.
