Mixwater Mill Renovated

Description
Updates the run-down Worker's House at Mixwater Mill into a simple but functional player home, complete with basement. Lore-friendly and not obscenely overpowered.

Outside:
Some of the dead shrubs have been cleared away and a small shed has been added to the side of the house. There is a blacksmith anvil beside the shed and a barrel inside the shed. The barrel is safe for storage.

Interior Features & Storage:
Slightly changed the layout of the main floor and added a basement.
Upstairs includes cooking pot, two cupboards, a knapsack, and a barrel for storage.
Basement includes two bookcases, an alchemy station, single bed, two chests, one safe, one strongbox, one satchel, two dressers, and two shrines (Kynareth and Zenithar).

No quest required to use the house, and you do not need to buy it.

Not follower or spouse friendly (yet). No DLC required.

I WISH MIXWATER MILL WAS GRANDEST MILL IN SKYRIM WITH GUARDS AND A COUPLE OF WORKERS

I've used this mod for a bit and am happyt to say it works great! I like that my Dragonborn has a cozy little home away from the hubub of some other parts of the map where he can relax and do a bit of simple work for a nice lady. I wish the community mods had a version of the mod I used to use when I was using the admitedly less stable nexus mods system that let you give gifts to npcs to make them followers or potential spouses. This set up with Mixwater Mill is perfect for such a thing.

Neat idea! I liked finding the Mixwater Mill. In a game where most of the npc's you meet are trying to kill you or extort you into doing something for them before they'll be nice to you, this place is already a nice break. Now, it will be even better.

Cool. No sense in wasting space that can be used for something useful.

A follower bedroll will likely go under the stairs

Oh, ok. That would make much more sense then. And the followers? Bedrolls?

Glad you both like it :) If/when I can get navmesh issues sorted out and whatnot, the bedroom will be reorganized and the single bed will be replaced with a double.

We have both checked it out, and we like it. I have a question, tho. How are you planning to make this house spouse friendly when there is only a single size bed? The character and spouse will not be able to sleep in the bed at the same time.
