Description
Relive the glory of the USSR with this filter, based off the faded red of old Soviet propaganda. I don't recommend it as someting to use regularly, as the contrast between light and shadow is high, which I did intend; I wanted to get that oppresive feel.

Oh, ignore the polluted grass colour; that's from No More Purple Pollution, the Grey Grass version.
