The Tornado Interchange has 4 Highways going in and out and all of them are connected to 2 roundabouts.
Under the roundabouts are 4 6-Lane One-Way Roads, which are intended for 2 HIghway connections between 2 of the 4 Highways. Those connections need to be added manually. You have to decide in which direction most of the traffic flows.
