60km2 Heightmap (reduced to 49km2 scale).
Added Major Freeways and Rail (Approx. locations).
Shoreline edited to include proper shipping line.
Added some major rivers (not to scale).
Abundant Resources.

for the Canada side I might make a Ontario Highway 414, and a fanmade alignment of Ontario Highway 98 (the real alignment of Hwy 98 in Ontario between Windsor and Chatham became Essex County 42 in 1971) and a Ontario Highway 164, Making them in a fanmade city in Ontario called Rengesberg, located in the district municipality of Vars-Carp, and for the US side i will make a US Interstate 93, and a US Interstate 693, and a US route 5 and a RIRO expressway US route 229 with this map

It's not a bad map to play at all but could you move railways and highways a bit closer to the expandable land plots? Having rails and highway in the North and East be just a little millimeter outside the city limits and dealing with Rollercoaster Tycoon from the West as the result is infuritating.
