--Important: Please check the Civilpedia before playing! This is a total-conversion Mod with many deep-tweaks! There are too many false “bug report” due to not understanding those new settings!!
Deep tweak and a thoroughgoing check in almost every single code in this mod have been done. Now the stability should be greatly improved.

1, Download and unzip the files, place the .civ5mod files in your Civ5 mods folder (...\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS)
2, Start the game, go to “mods”.
3, check the marks to load the MOD parts, you must follow this order:
DLL - Various Mod Components → SuperPower Complete Edition → Other Mods you want to play with

since superpower allow you to have 2 units stack in one zone. you need DLL mod for the support. But,however. it is more wise to search google for source and do the manual install. this mod is not easy to install in steam subscribe system. Current SP version is about 9.0 and there is another support mod is under development which aim to add more resources and wonders in it. I prefer you just google to find more resources and try do the manual install.

When i load the saved game, it occured font loading error, then graphic come into a mass

@ceannbui I figured out the issue. Go into your civ 5 files on steam, go into the DLC folder and remove EUI (UI_BC1) from the folder.

I can't seem to get any city production going, as nothing shows up. instead i have to automate production. any solution?
