2 lane grid version, 9x9

This park is intended for creating "central" parks within a city grid. Unlike in game custom parks, this one will give happiness and land value boosts.

This park, along with the '2 lane modular park middle' is intended for use in a 2 lane city grid. Because the intention of using multiple parks in combination, the entertainment value is reduced by 25%, but the raduis increased to 150% of normal parks. The path at the park edges can easily be extended in to custom parks using the pedestrian path tool, giving you the option of using this park as the corner pieces to an entirely custom park.

The 2 lane version has the added feature of fitting perfectly into any 2 lane grid based on the major hashmarks (8 cell), due to the 10x9 nature of the middle park segment.
