To make this class friendly you could tailor it for pure-warriors,hybrids and pure-mages. (So you could different books depending on how you like to play).
You could add afew quests (if you have the time) so poeple can really get the hang of your mod.
Also (this is just my opinion) but the potion(Lytherian?) is a just to OP for a realistic game-play. 100% magic resistance and a ward that never runs out... You could have spells or potions that (for the sake of balancing) have drawbacks such as a starter magical resistance spell or potion that gives you 15 to 25% magic resistance but weakens you to physical attacks?
Also maybe mage,hybrid and warrior armor craftable at the forge?
