The Future! color correction

Description
A dystopian futuristic white and blue lookup table, while keeping bright hits of color. Works best on Temperate or Boreal regions and large cities.

Would it be cool ... if a Mod could attach Color Correction to a District Style ?

1. Color transitions between default and District influences; color correction progressively changes as you enter area.
2. Mod's preset Color Corrections & District Styles pairings to save player's time.
3. Custom pairings (using other Subscribed Color Corrections with a Style)
