"textAlignment" "center" should settle the num{Class} labels under the symbols, although you will likely need to adjust their xpos.

That aside, I don't think there is a HUD config or cvar that controls scoreboard behavior (I know tabPosition doesn't work that way), so I can't help you hide the disguise status/stopwatch.
