Optimized model twilight sparkle

Description
!ANTENTION! This addon does't have any scripts to set model as player model!
To set it as player model use function ENT:SetModel("models/twilightsparkle_player.mdl")


This model is optimized from ~12mb to ~500kb for usage on server as player model

How exactly do I set this as a player model?
Like where do I input the code?
And is it permanent or do I have to always encode it?
