Description
You will find this in the Helgen Keep. You should be able to access it if you follow the imperial or stormcloak.

If you dont want to start over again, type this into the consol command bar: coc helgenkeep01

i tried and it is total overrated.with such armor and weapon settings u just don't need to lvl up anymore,unsub immedatly.
BTW iif it's not in the modlist end steam start again and maybe same with the game. i need 3-4 restarts than it was loaded

if you have the "gifts of talos" mod take the stuff out of chest before you subcribe
