Small Prison 50 cells (No prisoners!).

Hey guys,

This is a small prison that I made using a combination of £140,000 from a sold prison and utilising the grants. Theres a very small wedge of cash left and the prison is at a deficit.

The one good thing however is its a 50 prisoner capacity building and I have yet to take any prisoners in! This means you can make it low, medium or high only prisoners or whatever you want.

I would considor this to be a good starting block for someone new as it has every room type as of alpha 30 and it *should* function well.

It has metal detectors in various locations (mostly towards the places where they are needed) and should cover the issue of prisoners taking back bits and bobs to their cells! There are also a couple of dogs patrolling the front entrance to sniff out contraband that comes in via deliveries. Ive also got armed guards there just in case a prisoner tries to make a run for it, not that he will outrun the dogs but still!

If its not obvious the small black areas at the entrance are meant to be parking spaces. Obviously these are not functional but I tried to make certain areas of the prison look believable and in some areas (like the park/recreation area) look nice.

Amazingly it would seem that this prison was used to showcase the 'escape mode' in the EGX conference for Prison Architect full release.

Can't say how chuffed I am over that!

Nice little prison. I've been getting in to how this game works, and it works as a great starter's guide.

Thanks allan. I created this map more in the view of aesthetics rather than focusing hugely on efficiency (I still held it in mind) and revenue was definately a small factor. Think of it more as a starter than a completed Prison. :)

if games crashess restall the game and re subrsibe the the prison and mods you had

I don't know if this works on you. If you subscribed more than one prison architect workshop files, they seems not likely to merge together. Mine for example this map and blueline mod by jenkins, the game crashes after you tried loading this map's save file after updating blueline. You just need to start it over again in the prison sharing tab.
