Meaningful City State Colors

Description
All City States get new unique colors, and the colors are grouped by the traits of the city states.
This is supposed to make it easier to spot which city states are the most interesting allies.

The following color ranges are used:
Cultured: Pink ~ Purple
Maritime: Green ~ Teal
Mercantile: Yellow ~ Orange
Militaristic: Red ~ Brown
Religious: Blue ~ Grey

The background color stays black for all city states.
City States which are added by other mods are not recolored. Apart from that I do not expect any compatibility issues.

@adan_eslavo: You're right, I have only published it here on Steam; there is no forum thread about it. And I'm totally fine with it being modified and/or posted elsewhere.

I'll take a closer look at the colours and decide about updating it later when I find the time; probably at the weekend.

Thanks for notifying me!

I adjusted some of the colours in your mod to be even more diversified. I couldn't find any civfanatics thread with that mod so I suppose that it is only available via steam. I posted it here: posted resource [forums.civfanatics.com] for one of the modpack creators. You can see how current colours look like in special file inside the folder. I hope you will enjoy and update this workshop resource. Do you mind I posted that resource in the link or should I delete it from there?

When you use modpack, achievements are still on.

@Teddy "BallsToTheWall" Roosevelt: I haven't tried it, but I think it should. As far as I see none of the mods in Vox Populi renames or replaces city states, so I expect them to be found and recolored as usual.

Is this vox populi 10-28 compatible?

@Sylvestrina Thanks a lot for your reply. I'll try this.

@GROOLEXX: Unfortunately, yes. Activating a mod, no matter how little the changes, disables all achievements. However, there is a way to work around it: You can incorporate the mod's files into G&K or BNW and then just start a normal game. It doesn't work with all mods, but I've tested this one and it worked fine. Here's a guide on how to do it: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=233428613
(The guide talks about Multiplayer, but that doesn't matter. It solves both problems.)

Does it affect getting achievements?
