Better Nation Designer and unlimited points (1.29)

Description:
As the name of the mod suggests this is made for people who want to create their custom nation however they like.

This idea behind this mod is to keep the game as close to vanilla as possible for people like me that don't want to stray too much from the standard game and feels having too many changes cumbersome.

Features:
-Changes the usual 200 points available for customization to a huge number (99999), removes distance and ideas/traditions cap. unlocks more governments to allow further customization.
-Adds convert provinces to primary culture and religion decision that can be enacted after starting the game. AI playing as custom nations will take the decision too.
-Rulers can be customized up to 999/999/999 monarch points
-Adds negative version of ideas and some missing ideas.

-Increased max number of custom nations to 100 (It's hardcoded I cannot change it to be more than this)
-If you wish to disable the negative ideas you can do so manually by:
Navigating to your mod folder opening unlimitedcustomizationpoints-->common-->custom ideas then delete the 3 negative ideas files.

NOT ironman compatbile.
