Description:
As the name of the mod says this is made for people who want to create their custom nation however they like.

Features:
This mod changes the usual 200 points for customisation to a huge number, removes distance cap and unlocks more governments to allow further customization.
Increases max number of custom states to 100

Changelog:
1.0 Release
-1.1 Removed ideas/tradition cap
-Added convert provinces to primary culture and religion decision that can be enacted after starting the game. AI playing as custom nations will take the decision too.
-Rulers can be customized up to 999/999/999 monarch points
-1.2 Added negative version of ideas and some missing ideas.

Compatible with 1.28
El Dorado DLC is REQUIRED
Extended Timeline is REQUIRED

I'm not modding due to med school taking much of my time. I don't have much time nor will to reinstall the game and mod again for now. The finger is fine albeit not the same anymore. I'm replying from the app, as my pc is not where I'm staying rn.

I know that very well, I study the human body that's why I only have time to reply to you but not enough to mod, nor the tools at my disposals away from home like my PC.

I mean human bodies adapt to you can still mod it will just take you some time. I mean dude we are legit all at home really have nothing better to do so you gotta have some spare time on your hands?
