Hungry With a Chance of Meatballs

Description
This mod makes food fall from the sky when it's raining! Not balanced in the least bit!

Video demonstration by SmithBoysGaming

About the screenshot:
It's from when I was first designing the code to make meat fall from the sky. I thought it was funny so I screenshot it. It's not meant to accurately represent how the current version functions. You would have to stand in the same spot while it's raining for a whole day before your screen would fill up with that much food.

Recent Changes:
-Ported to DST.
-Added a configuration menu.

FAQ:
Q: Is this compatible with RoG?
A: Yes.

Q: Does it only rain ham?
A: No, of course not. That would be silly.

Q: Isn't this a little OP?
A: There's nothing "little" about how OP it is.

Q: Are you going to balance it out?
A: Nope!

Q: Then what's the point of this mod?
A: Mods have a point?

Q: Is Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs a good movie?
A: It's an alright family movie but seeing it once is plenty.

Q: What's the deal with the custom multipliers in the config menu?
A: Alright, this is both complicated and simple. Essentially 10 times a second a roll of the dice occurs that decides whether or not food falls from the sky. You have a 1 in X chance of food falling. X is best defined as multiplier1 * multiplier2 * multiplier3. If you want the food to fall less often, you increase the multipliers(because a 1 in 1000 chance is .1%). If you want them to fall more often, you decrease the multipliers(because a 1 in 1 chance is 100%). So if you wanted a 1 in 50 chance of food falling from the sky, you set multiplier1 to 5, multiplier 2 to 10 and multiplier3 to 1, because 5*10*1=50. If you want it to be a 1 in 500 chance, you would set it as 5*10*10. Like I said, it's both complicated and simple. Difficult to learn but easy to master.

Q: That seems very odd and unnecessary. Why bother with multipliers at all?
A: Because I've got better things to do with my time than to create a menu option for every single number in existence. And let's be honest, you wouldn't really want to painstakingly click your way through that many damn numbers in the option menu anyways, right? So do a little math to find the right combination that gives you the number you want and it saves us both a lot of time.

Q: Wait, did you say 10 times a second?? That seems like a lot!
A: Yes, it SEEMS like a lot, but it isn't. Even at it's absolute highest setting; 1 in 1 odds (100% chance of food falling), not very much food falls from the sky. Sure, that much food builds up on the ground over time but it's not nearly as much as it sounds. Mostly because the dice roll becomes a moot point if the ground under the random spot it chose to rain food is not a place food should fall. For example, in the ocean. There's also a lot of ground to cover when deciding where food can fall, which spreads the algorithm across a much larger space. So there's a lot of dice rolls being discarded. In theory you would get 10 pieces of food falling from the sky a second, but in practice it's more like 3 or 4 at it's highest setting.

Q: But my computer is a graph calculator hooked up to a potato battery! That much food on the ground will make it run slow!
A: Then pick a lower setting.

Q: Has anybody actually asked any of these questions?
A: Not all of them...

This mod is pretty cool, but 90% of the food that falls cannot be interacted with, and now I think there's gonna be a ton of "Fake food" around my map forever.

Can you add a config option to make so sometimes it will rain food instead of always being food?
