Here is a few tips on getting those online achievements. Hopefully this helps you get your 100% or at least the achievements you want.

Tea Party

Achievement Name: Tea Party

Description: Successfully Examined 5 enemy corpses

Meaning: Teabag 5 enemy players after you killed them

Quick Note: This is one of the hidden achievements

How:

To get this achievement it's rather simple, just kill 5 enemies up close and "teabag" them 5 times each. To do this make sure to crouch (left ctrl by default) up and down 5 times over the dead body, do this 5 times to 5 different dead bodies and your set. Remember they need to be players killed by you so...being a sniper or driving a vehicle will not help, best is to equip a nice close weapon or use your knife.

Action Hero

Achievement Name: Action Hero

Description: Bailed out of a helicopter, killing an enemy with the falling wreckage.

Meaning: Jump out of your helicopter, deploy your parachute and crush an enemy with your unpiloted helicopter.

How:

To do this achievement can be rather difficuilt if you don't have anyone to help you but no impossible.

Option 1 - No Friends to help :( -

To get this on your own against random players, just do the following

1. Equip the perk that reduces item costs (penny pincher). Once the match starts save your cash and continue to kill until you get enough money to buy the chimera/apache helicopter. The reason for this is because its a lot larger meaning it covers a bit more ground when crashing, you can do it with the little bird but you need to be more on target.

2. Once you have your helicopter of choice, locate either a enemy sniper player or enemy drone user, these players are common and are more likely to stand around making this a bit easier. Once you have aquired one of them and they are nicely camping in their safe spot, fly over them in a low height (pretty much you should be able to see the ground and jump out without dieing but will recieve some damage), once your over them just jump out and your chopper will crush them or explode killing them, after that walk away and you should get the achievement popping up.

Note: There is a slight chance the achievement will not unlock even though you crushed your target with your wreckage. I've been testing it before unlocking the achievement and found even though I crashed into a target and bailed out, deploying my parachute the achievement didn't work. However when I finally decided to fly over a target extremely low and just jump out , the helicopter crushed him and I was able to reclaim my vehicle and fly away receiving the message a few minutes after.

Also note that enemies will attack you when you fly low, don't panick, it's normal and your bird will take a few hits before it goes down. Just make sure to time it right and use flares and you can survive long enough to crush your target.

Option 2 - FRIENDS!!! -

The extremely easy way and best way, just find someone or have a friend to help you out. Join a empty or create your own server and have your buddy meet you in the middle of the map or somewhere flat. Kill them over and over until you have enough and simply get your helicopter of choice and bail out over them either by using option 1 way or any other way you can think of. And if this go wrong, try again until you unlock.


When I get a chance I will try and make a video regarding option 1 to help with visual representation.

Destructive Duo

Achievement Name: Destructive Duo

Description: Killed 5 enemies from the second seat of the Apache in one run

Meaning: Get into the second gunner seat of the apache (your manning the turret and not flying)
and kill 5 targets before dieing, if you die...it resets.

How:

This one can be done in two ways which both are very easy.

Option 1 - Gunner -

Homefront team vehicle system is rather buggy so getting into the vehicle you want to gun for can be a pain sometimes. However whenever a teammate buys an apache/chimera, quickly kill yourself and hit the team vehicle button in spawn, if your fast it should give you it off the bat. Once your in just simply gun down 5 players, assists don't count. If you die then your progress resets and you have to do it all over again.

This should be rather easy unless your pilot is a complete drunk and flys into buildings or into the ground.


Option 2 -Pilot-

You can also get this achievement if your gunner unlocks the achievement as well. Simply buy the apache/chimera and fly around until you get your gunner. Once that player is in there, let them do all the killing while you focus on flying, keep nice straight strafing runs and try not to use your rockets as they are instant kills on target, however if your really good or at least know how to fly you can fire rockets close to your targets which should wound them for your gunner to get easier kills. Once they got 5 kills then you should get the achievement...I did :)

Star Threats

Achievement Name: 3 - Star Threat

Description: Become a 3-Star threat in a Battle Commander public match

Meaning: Whenever you kill a certain amount of enemy players you will obtain a gold star on the top middle of your screen and the voice over telling you "enemy has declared you a valuable target". You have to stay alive and killing players to rank up in the star threat.







Achievement Name: 5 - Star Threat

Description: Become a 5-star threat in a battle Commander public match

Meaning: Same as 3 star threat.

How:

This is pretty much how Homefront deals with killing streaks. If you stay alive and continue to kill enemy players you will soon obtain a threat star which pretty much puts a target on your head and a nice bountry. The more kills you get the higher the threat reaches until reaching max level of 5. So here is the quick and easy notes and methods

1. To know when you get star threat, you will get a message appearing on your top middle of your screen in a nice gold text stating your wanted. It will also list how many more kills you need to reach the next level.

2. Vehicles , drones and infantry combat all obtain stars. So if you want to be safe or prefer something more then the other you can pick. However note if you pick to use vehicles and obtain stars with it, then you have to stay in it, if you bail out the stars will be removed. If you play as infantry and have obtained the star threat you can board friendly vehicles or take enemy vehicles if they have abandoned them and you will still have your star threat in the vehicle and when you bail out.

3. Once you obtain star threat, a yellow cycle will appear on enemy map showing a rough area your in when they get closer to you. It will also let them know that someone on the other team is wanted and places a small yellow box near the location as well.

The best way to do this is by tank of course some players can get this as infantry without a problem. However I find the tank better as it can take a lot of damage, it has counter flares and if you get the right perks for it you can destroy anything in 1 or 2 hits including helicopters and best of all ....your gunner's kill with add to your threat.

So to set this up right, make sure to go to the armory and select the damage increase perk for tank and anything else if you have extra points. Join a game and fight until you have enough money for the tank. From their just play it smart using buildings for cover and advancing only if your team has ground control (which is the best mode to play it on), don't drive to far ahead and try not to stand still, do little cycles around the area your at and use your counter measure whenever you see or feel like someone is firing rockets close to you. After you kill enough the achievement will pop up.

Note: There is a bunch of youtube videos showing how to do this. But I will upload one of mine to give you the general idea.

Over the Hill

Achievement Name: Over the hill

Description: Reach experience level 50 in multiplayer

Meaning: Level up to level 50

How:

Keep on playing and getting kills or securing objectives. Make sure to equip the grizzly perk in the armory which helps level you faster. Overall it's rather simple and if you play on a heavy populated server you will get this in no time.
