Thanks for your great work buddy.
The model in 1.5 was based on the SOG Seal 2000.
Lots of information available here: http://www.sogknivescollectors.com/seal-2000-knife.php
Side-by-side comparison of 1.5 model and real SOG knife: https://i.imgur.com/ivKKPOd.png
SOG no longer sells this specific version, but has an updated version, which is the called "SOG SEAL Team" or SOG37.
Terrorist: Kizlyar DV-1
(Thanks to C1NDER's post for pointing this out)
Counter-Terrorist: Eickhorn KM 5000
(Original poster states Recondo IV model, which is close, but the in-game model is all black with olive-colored tape)

Side note: You can notice subtle differences between game models and the real world items they are based on, probably to avoid legal issues.
(A) The T knife in game model has curved finger guard between the blade and handle, the guard on the DV-1 does not.
(B) The CT knife in game model has tape around most of the handle portion of the knife, this masks Eickhorn's easily recognizable segmented handle they use on various of their knife models.
