Ariessa the Fox - Altmer Melee/Mage

This is my first mod, if I messed anything up or there's suggestions about how to improve her or future followers, let me know! :)

Ariessa the Fox is an Altmer conjurer and destruction mage, but she can also use one-handed weapons and bows. She wears leather armor as her defaut and carries a steel sword and an elven bow. She can be found in the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood.

She knows Bound Sword, Bound Bow, Flames, Firebolt, Healing, and Conjure Flame Atronach. She has the Atromancy, Augmented Flames (lvl 1), Intense Flames, and Light Foot perks.

She uses the FemaleSultry voicetype, and can be a follower and potential marriage partner as well.

Her speed is set a little higher so she can keep up with the player better.

She's supposed to rely on Bound Sword in her right hand and the destruction spells and Conjure Flame Atronach in her left, and only use physical weapons when she runs out of magicka, but I can't figure out how to make her summon that and still have enough of a 1H skill for it to be worthwhile, because otherwise she just uses destruction magic in her left hand. If anyone can help me figure that out I'd appreciate it!
