So far I've managed to do this 2 more times. I don't know how it happens, but I do know that you need to: a) Complete a Mission on a planet, b) Change a value relating to gold bricks with cheat engine (?), c) Travel to Moon Base using the MAP, d) If something changed, it worked, then just go to any map or level and the gravity will be fucked up.
