Description

Sorry, this took way too much time to finish. All the holidays, events and some case of cold in-between made completing of this addon a lot slower, but it's finally here and done!

So, I made the veteran look younger, and also gave him bright blue eyes instead of his regular blue eyes. Besides that, Bill has glowing lights on his boots and his cigarette's light has that effect as well so you can see it in the dark.
