The hidden areas like Hallowed Hill are tough to find because there is no highlight involved. Maybe your guide could be just for those types of secrets? I didn't know about Hallowed Hill until I found your guide!

It has been a long time since I posted guides on hidden areas. As much as I would like to maintain these I think the value in them has been lost. When they changed the way that hidden areas are accessed it made finding them much easier. When I first put these guides up the areas that could be broken to enter an off map segment did not highlight. With this new change I think these guides have simply become obsolete. There will be no new changes made to these guides but I will leave them up at least for a while.

I found one when you first come out of Devil`s crossing walk left along the shore untill you find the first boat you can click on the boat and it takes you to a small island
