Have Delta as your follower

Hello everyone. this is my first follower that i've created , so bear with me. If you want to you can have my character , "delta" as a faithful follower. Delta is an argonian who loves to go on adventures. He has the ability to perform several shouts. he is essential meaining that he cannot die. You can find him in the four shields tavern in dragon bridge.He also makes occasional squeaking noises when he gets too exited

bugs: does not always spawn where he is supposed to. to make this easy on yourself , just open up the console and type help delta. this will come up with his id from where you can manually spawn him in by typing in the console Player.placeatme (idgoeshere) 1

Plans for the future.
1. eventually going to be a fully voiced character
2. have a quest that envolves him
