Dovar Keep

Description
A player house (Keep). It is on the location of "Mossmother Cave", so it replaces that, but there are no crucial quest there only a minor one. So either use this mod after you complete that quest, or just don't bother and forget that quest.

The player Keep contains, storage, all crafting units and two gaurds (followers) and one servant.
-Smithing area (outside)
-Dining room
-Kitchen
-Libary
-Study (alcemy/enchanting lab)
-Master Bedroom
-Childeren bedroom
-Gaurd room (where the gaurds sleep)
-Basement (storage area)
-Stable (Your horse should be placed inside it when you fast travel)

This House mod isn't a big/huge player house mod, but just has all the essentials.

There is a key on the ground before the front door, wich opens it.

You can fast travel to Dovar Keep when you subscribe to the mod.

(Requires Dawngaurd, Heartfire and Dragonborn)

I don't know ...
The NPCs are acting very stupid ... keep walking against walls or are shivering.
Is it possible, that you can make the mod without the NPCs? The dog is okay, bit the guards and that stipid woman are useless ....

There are two quests in that location. One of them is part of becoming thane to Falkreath.

if you cant find the key press the ~ key and click the door once and put in "unlock" without the quots

When I'm subscribed to this mod, I'm not able to play skyrim anymore. Am I doing something wrong?

@Ichigo just west of Falkreath, there is a instant map marker to wich you can fast travel
@BuPpeN When I have time I will try to fix it..

Otherwise if you must move your family in there is a mod for that called "Custom Family Home".
