Descripción
In the late 80's and early 90's due to shortages of DMU's certain trains worked loco-hauled vice unit. Take this Scottish 37/4 that has now been released from duties on the West Highland Line and work this train ECS to Morecambe to form the 06:25 service to Manchester Victoria. You'll work the train back to Preston calling at Bare Lane, Lancaster and finally Preston.

Although it's early in the morning the line is busy with freight, parcels, postal and engineers trains so don't expect clear signals.

The scenario starts just before sunrise and has risen by the time you return to Preston.

Duration: 70 minutes
Difficulty: Medium

That was an excellent and very enjoyable run! Good to have a run to Morecambe. Then a fast 'thrash' on the mainline through all the green signals on the return journey --- brilliant! Lovely, too, to see the dawn coming up. Many thanks for the lot, including the AI traffic which keeps the interest up en route. David

Yes. No reversing at all you should change cabs after you've pulled forward into the headshunt off the carriages at Morecambe and then again at the other stop point.

The Scenario was great up to where I have to back down onto the carriages at Morcombe. The instruction says to back down without permission past the ground signal, but it keeps terminating the scenario if I do, and denying permission if I ask so the Scenario is uncompletable. Any suggestions?
