I'd say the only thing missing would be the Treasure card holders. It should be possible to make those into box objects.

the inside boards are inside little bags at the top of the table, just pull them out and put them ontop as best you can

The first link in the rulebook goes to a 404 page not found. Does anyone know how to get the board to flip open?
