[Modding Tutorial] Creating In-Game Bink Videos
By SparkyMcSparks
How to convert and compress videos into BIK format for the game.
First you'll need RAD Video Tools[] installed, it's a freeware video compression software.

BIK videos can be used to play as loadscreen videos or in the background of UI menus. They can also be used to play in-game as cinematics (on TVs or HUD).
Bink Video
You'll need to launch RAD Video Tools and locate the .MOV (or other format video) you'll want to use. Click Bink It on the bottom.

On the compression settings, copy the ones below.

The data rate is 1800000 bytes.

After you've got all your settings, click Blink and let your video compress.

Now you've got a BIK video that can be played in Call of Duty.

Use them as loadscreen videos, menu videos, or play in-game as cinematics.

I'll update the tutorial with that information, thanks for the question!
