Introduction
I made a guide for AC:Unity back when it first came out. A lot of people were pretty mad at it, so I made a guide telling you how to hack the in-game currency so that people had a way to vent towards Ubisoft (even though it hurts them none at all). I hack many a game, Im not a serious hacker, I just know the barebones of Cheat Engine.

So, with this I will show you how to hack the three basic resources in a given game;
- Industry
- Science
- Food

You can explore on your own if you would like to change other things (Such as Dust).

PLEASE LET ME KNOW OF ANY GRAMMATICAL OR STRUCTURAL MISTAKES. IM LAZY. WHAT IS PROOFREAD?
Buttering your bread
What you will need to make this guide happen include, but are not limited to;
1) Cheat Engine. Click on the big green button thingy. Ive been using this for years, its perfectly safe* // http://www.cheatengine.org/

2) Dungeon of the Endless. Obviously.

*I take no responsibility for damage to any of your computer bits and pieces. Just dont be dumb.
Fun Facts (About That Butter)
DotE = Dungeon of the Endless
CE = Cheat Engine
Youre out of butter. Use jam instead.
Alrighty, once youve got both of those things listed above, go ahead and open both. I recomend you play DotE in windowed mode. Alt tabbing has always been a bit finicky in my opinion, but should work fine if you dont wish to swap over to windowed.

1) With both CE and DotE open, Id like you to take a look at the CE window. In the upper right youll notice a button that has a computer with a tool used by detectives on it.

2) A window called Process List should pop up. (Theres a little button called Process List near the bottom of this window, click that if you are unsure). Browse the list until you find DotE and double click it.

3) Alright! This is going well. It should now say DotE.exe near the top. Swap back over to DotE and start a new game (or continue one).Take note of your resources up top. Ive got I:26, S:14, F:14.
Im going to mess with Industry first, so take note of the 26 and swap back over to CE. Set the Scan Type to Excact Value and the Value Type to All. Set 26 as the value to search for and hit First Scan.

4) Youll notice a large amount of Addresses that show up in the box to the right, dont worry about those yet. Swap back over to DotE and open a door. You will get the Industry, Science, and Food for the turn (I:34, S:17, F:20). Take note of your new Industry value and swap back over to CE. Change the 26 to a 34 and hit Next Scan.

5) Now things get fun. Swap back over to DotE and build an Industry Generator in this new room. Your Industry should drop down to 14. Change the 34 to 14 and hit Next Scan

6) You should have 1 to 2 Addresses at this stage. Open another door to increase Industry. Every Address but 1 should change. The one that doesnt change is the one you want. Double click it to move it to the "I like you" box down below.

7) Locate the Value collum and double click it. Youll bring up a window called Change Value that allows you to change the Value. Change it to whatever your heart desires and click OK.

8) Open another door and enjoy the updated Industry!
A Side Note
You can repeat this process for both Science and Food, just replace the values for Industry with the values for Food or Science. I havent really messed with too much, but the possibilities are (Dot)Endless. c:
Another Side Note
Use at your own risk? Honestly, I cant see anything bad happening to you if you do. Do be careful though, you could mess something up. If any of the devs are unhappy with this guide let me know, Ill remove it.

Someone obviously doesn't realize the power of a hero with the Operator skill... ;)

I can already tell you that FIDS is always type "Float" so you can search for that instead of any type.

If you have multiple values that always change at the same time to the same numbers, change them all. It has never broken a game for me before.

@Azraeliev: Cheating with CE is plenty simple, the only difficulty with DotE is figuring out that FIDS are stored as floats even though their values are integers.

Cheating is supposed to be simpler than beating the game. A+ for the effort though ;)

@「 」 yeah, after trying a bit it didn't have too much of an impact. my computer barely fits minimum requirements, and after changing values a bit it started lagging every door open, which is why I tend not to mess with code or anything like that.

@The Rotting Corpse in My Corner - Usually messing around with more than one value wont break your game. Games will generally correct values that are incorrect, so you dont have to worry.

@xtermanator1256 - Thanks, but I dont ever have anything good to write about, so my amazing sense of humor and artistic ability are never used ;c

After previous comment, 1 is decimal with actual value, another is what gets displayed, then the final one is just the non-decimal one mirrored that you can't change. my hypothesis is that the one that you cant change is the display, and whole number is result of rounding the decimal. decimal and result can be changed

dust has 3 values that change :( don't want to mess around with them too much

have a thumb, even though I don't want to cheat :)
