Mikado

Description
Mikado (or pick-up sticks) can be played with any number of players. Turn order can be decided however you may like.

There are 41 different sticks, whose points depend on their colors:

- 1 black stick: 20 points
- 5 blue sticks: 10 points each
- 5 red sticks: 5 points each
- 15 green sticks: 3 points each
- 15 yellow sticks: 2 points each

Before the game begins, the sticks are rebundled and thrown randomly at the table, in order to mix them. I suggest that you grab the bunch and flip it (F key) several times before dropping. Due to engine limitations, you can't pick all at once, so do it a couple of times until you are satisfied.

The first player must try and take one stick without moving/touching any others. If they succeed, they can add it to their loot bag to score the appropriate points. However, if they fail and other sticks are moved, the player should immediately drop the stick and return it to the stack. On their turn, the player must only try to take one stick.

The game ends once every stick has been taken from the pile. The winner is the player with the biggest score (by adding up the values of each stick).

You may change the rules, number of sticks, etc. if you want to. The most important thing is to have fun!

Also, make sure you have disabled semi-lock!!

TIPS: Change your lift height for maximum control, and use Shift to carefully push sticks!

Hey! I'm making a fan-made commercial for this game and I was wondering if I could use this mod in the commercial. Once the commercial is finished, I will be submitting it to the Table Simulator commercial contest and this mod could have the chance of being in the steam commercial for the final release! Please let me know as soon as possible if it's okay for me to use this mod in my submitted commercial. Thanks!

Yeah, it's very hard to consistently remove sticks. At least it's fun to throw them like a crossbow.

new flick-feature hardcore test?

It's all part of the challenge.

Given the limits of the physics engine I don't think this could ever practically work. But if you go through the incredible difficulty of hitting exactly the right lift height, push angle and absolute steady mouse hand, then maybe...?
