How to win most of the matches you make!

This guide shows some simple steps to successful matches!

Communication

Communication is very very important in CS:GO.. Basically in every Esports game!
If u communicate with your team, (give them intel, teach them etc.) You have a much higher chance of winning, because it makes everything easier!

When communicating, dont talk about much other stuff.. Try to focus on the game and giving intel.
Instead of telling everyone why you died and whining, you should tell them where you died and how!

Communication is important!!

Motivation

Motivation helps very much!
Instead of saying: "We're so dead.. we're gonna lose :(.. Hacks".. It wont help!!!
You have to motivate: "We're gonna do it!!! Easy!! Nice work! Keep it up!!".. Much better :)

When whining about losing.. You are gonna play even worse! And make your whole team sad and negative!
Keeping up positivity is needed!

Positivity

Staying positive is very good!
Like I mensioned in the last section.. Staying positive helps much!
When negative or sad.. people play bad.. They don't play attention and think about sadness and problems.. They think of cursing and whining! But you should think positively!

When positive you play alot better! You motivate and think about the game more! Many people play better! Don't think of others being hacker! Think about them being better and deal with it..
No one is the same!

Your own skill!

Many people blame the losses on the team! Either they play bad or don't communicate!
This is why i made this guide :)
You also need to make yourself better, so you can carry your team to victory if they turn out bad!!
Go play deathmatch and learn about your recoil! :)
When you are better.. you play better than everyone else! That makes you happier and you start motivating the team! Thus leading to victory!

Teamwork overall!

To win a match! Team work is the most important thing!!!!!
Communication, Motivation, Helping, Smokes, Flashes and everything!!
The best way to win is cather a full team that speaks the same language..
Random matchmaking in europe is hard, because there are many nationalities playing..
So try to make friends during solo matches and start getting your team together!

With a team! You will soon start ranking up!
These same steps definetly helped me! And Im already ranking up nicely :)
