Nordic Beach Island

Description
Hey, this is my first mod. This is basically a landscape island and the only way to get there is by typing "coc nordicbeachislandduplicate001" in the command console. This island has a backstory too. During the civil war in Skyrim a couple of nords fled from battle and sailed to a distand island. once they arrived they erected a large statue of Ysgramor and constructed a tower to live in. the island however is small but holds Brave men who would rather die than submit to the Imperial soldiers (except for hulgar, but he is a coward).

Looks like a pretty good proof of concept. I can see it has lots of promise and could be worked into something really nice.... good luck with your improvements.

I go to the island and I'm not seeing anything that really grabs at me...and I started swimming around..got out of the water and then the Music started ...and it's that music from the first time I ever played...

I couldn't tell you the words if you put a gun to my head...but I immediately think of What it was like playing this Amazing game for the first time and being so in awe...

It's a simple mod...maybe not anything to rave about...except that I got a feeling from it I've not had in a while...and I gotta say thanks.....

This is a good first mod, but it could be improved in simple ways such as adding a chest or something. It would also be much better if you put it in the map somehow perhaps in the sea of ghosts so you don't have to use console commands because as jamison mcgraw said it's immersion breaking. But if you add just a bit more content to the island ( perhaps a diary of the stormcloaks journey ) then this could be an interesting mod that I would recommend.

Not sure if the tutorial you need for creating fast-travel via boat is in here, but I have used this tutorial series lots of times. http://www.creationkit.com/

you need yo add fast travel markers, or something because nobody likes using console cammands.....its lore Immersion breaking, and make the island bigger with more story, maybe make some books or journals that give some history on the characters, and look up some skyrim creation kit tutorials to give you a better understanding on the CK then I might download, till then i will keep a look out, best of luck! XD

ok so how so you get back to mainland skyrim from the island.
