Description
You will be able to become Thane of Eastmarch and buy the House in Windhelm on Stormcloak side as soon as you made your oath.
I made this small tweak for personal use and decided to share.
This is still before of the "point of no return" in the Civil War questline and I made it no earlier just because of that and because is about becoming friend with Ulfric. Don't ask for even earlier.
Compatibility: this may be incompatible with mods changing the vanilla Eastmarch Thane quest and the house purchasing/upgrade quest. Good thing is that you can enable this one, get the dialog, buy the house, get the housecarl then disable it.

Ive already done 4 of the hane of Eastmarch quest but i don't know what the fifth and final quest is?

That's the reward of becoming Thane, you should get it if you get the house. Maybe there's a possibility you got a sword instead as at last the enchantment is random.
And sorry, no, i won't create a mod like in your previous post is really not that hard for the rest of them.

Where is the axe of Eastmarch cant find it and am i doing it right?

Ok,I talked to him just before I gave him the crown and it worked.

Only made this after I got the crown but didn't gave it to either side and all was good. Yes the quest will start but that's ok. This mod is provided as it is, please test yourself in other situations as I don't have saves and won't do that myself.

You can't talk to Ulfric after taking the oath because the Jagged Crown starts can you still become than?
