The new neighboors at Lakeview aren't as aggressive as the last but their music can get a little loud.

- adds non-aggressive Santana Cultists below Lakeview
- plays Santana around altar
- removes aggressive wizards below Lakeview

Read as Satanists and completely stopped moving out of confusion, then proceeded to realize this is a Santana mod that seems like at first glimpse they worship santa.
