I believe I took high quality scans of all the cards that were necessary to play the game, so largely it could just use updated model work / new table likely (this was implemented in 2015, the options were much more limited at that time).

Sorry myth, i've mostly given up as the workplace i was using the scanner for i no longer work for. Would you like to take it over?

For pieces, you should try and see what they did for the "Game of thrones" board game. They have the exact pieces from the board game.

Thanks! Took some time to scan all the cards in - I gave up the quest for finding better pieces unfortunately. I might modify the mod to be better map size and table size and what not - hope it works well for your purposes currently.
