SR2030 Logger

Description
An external companion tool for Supreme Ruler 2030, designed to read and record real-time in-game data — economy, resources, population, approvals, treasury, inflation, and much more.

It connects directly to the game’s memory (read-only) and logs everything automatically, letting you track your nation’s progress day by day through dynamic charts and tables.

How it works
The program reads data directly from the game’s memory without modifying anything.
Every few seconds it performs a **polling** operation — meaning it “asks” the game for updated values at a chosen frequency.
You can configure polling freely:
Lower polling interval = faster updates (more accurate, slightly higher CPU load)
Higher polling interval = slower updates (lighter on CPU)
I suggest just 1.
Think of it like a secretary checking if an in-game day has passed, and when it does, taking note of all your national stats.

What you can do
* Save daily logs automatically as CSV files
* View interactive charts for every variable
* Compare resource prices, production costs, and stock levels
* Filter by year or category (Economy, Politics, Research, Demographics, etc.)
* Analyze long-term economic and military trends with one click

HOW TO INSTALL

Inside your worskhop foleder here

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\2093410\3603000429\Misc\

you will find SR2030_Logger.zip.

There you’ll find SR2030_Logger.zip.
Move it wherever you want
Unzip it
Launch the tool

No installation required — it’s fully portable. On first run, it will create a log folder in your documents, so it will be a little slower. After first run, it will be ok.

Use the FastTrack version to get all the main trackers including prices — economy, population, approvals, treasury, resources, and more. Base patch doesn't cover commodities prices.

Upcoming features

I’m currently working on two major improvements:

1. Automatic in-game date detection

Right now, the logger calculates the current game date starting from a manually entered start date (e.g. June 28, 1914) and the number of minutes passed in-game.
However, Supreme Ruler 2030 does not store the start date in a clearly accessible memory region, so this value can’t yet be read automatically. That’s the current limitation: if the start date is not set correctly, the day progression can appear shifted. The goal for the next version is to make date detection fully automatic, so the logger always knows the exact game date without user input.

2. Enhanced UI and analytics. Improved visualization with zoomable charts, side-by-side comparisons, and advanced campaign analytics

3. include new data

This project is still evolving. If you have feedback, ideas, or suggestions, please share them in the comments section!
I’d really love to hear what you think and what features you’d like to see next.
