Better Tactical Map Mode

This mod adds a new map mode to the game, a better tactical map mode.

The exact layout of the map mode can be influenced by you in game, because the background texture is dependend on the pre selected map mode. Like this you can freely craft the look you like. On the screenshots you can see the map mode with the political map mode and the vanilla tactical map mode.

This mod also removed the clutter from the vanilla map like roads and the terrain graphics on the flat map.
