Description
It is the second staff in the "Staffs of Legend" collection. It shoots wind (yes, wind) for 95 damage. It allows you to fly around using the power of the wind. It emits a wind storm from its front all the time. Have fun!

OK. Everyone, I have started something that will run from July 25 to December 20 hopefully every year, if I can get enough participants. Basically there is going to be something where you can make your own Staff and have put into a collection. The purpose of this is to try and get people to mod.
