Ever felt like you had too many hearts? With this mod 50% of heart pickups will get removed when they first appear.

@Jestre The Grandest Fool, yep, for example if you turn a room full of enemies into hearts using Ace of Hearts each of those hearts will have a 50% chance of getting removed.
