Major damage sounds from Garry's Mod or base Source engine in general, with the sound being the fire damage, drowning, fall damage and general vocal damage that plays on your death now has the sound bites of stock gasping and breathing sounds removed to the point it's now the proper foley on their own.

Pretty much fits for anyone who wants gender neutral player damage sounds but at the same time having it be the exact sounds like the Source Engine player damage sounds.
