How do you heal?

After you pickup the healing schematic and have aquired the items needed for crafting, hold down the Q key and highlight the components. Click the craft item button then hold down the R key to heal yourself.

To select the Medkit again, hold down the Q key and mouse over the Medkit. Release the Q key then hold down the R key to heal.
