Yes, a higher priority means a lower position in the mod load order.
Also, those mods might conflict with this mod.
This isn’t something that can be resolved with a patch, since the mesh data used is fundamentally different.
I’m not familiar with your mod list, but this mod needs to be loaded with higher priority than any mods that alter female body meshes or slider settings.
morph numはプラグイン導入していない状態だと働かないパラメータなのであまり知見が無いですが、ランダム生成には内部IDの値が計算に関わってくるようなのでmodで新規に追加した種族だとデフォルト種族とは違うランダム生成方法になるのかも…?
下記のmid="0"を100ぐらいにすれば生えてくると思います。個人差をつけたいならrandom bariationの値を0以外にすればOKです。他の角サイズスライダなどにも同様の変更をすればよりランダム生成のバリエーションが増えるかと。
