Challenge Mode Mutation

It's just an extra layer of difficulty I play with my friends sometimes. Normally we play on Expert Realism, but after finishing all the campaigns we still craved stupidly unfair difficulties. So we decided to only use secondary weapons and ended up calling it "Challenge Mode". I decided to make a Mutations mode that just took out all primary guns in the game, to prevent any cheating. This is that Mutation.
