I think its cool what you made but some of the runes just seem like copies of some 1 use active items

Honestly feels like a Vanilla item, amazing work.
I do like the double activation for any non-compatible Runes at least, but being able to make some compat patches for popular mods like Rune Rooms, Antibirth Runes, and Epiphany (Essences, as they're the Tarnished version of Souls) would be very cool.

also @slime_enthusiast369, can i have a quick talk with you for a minute by asking you a couple questions? firstly, can you please stop your obsession with isaacguru's website and delete all your comments related to it such as "hey do you want to add your mod to the isaacguru dot com website? it's a wiki" on steam, and also delete all your comments saying "mod is dead" on various discontinued character mods also on steam, as both are considered annoying spam by a lot of other people? secondly, why are you asking about upcoming features in and updates for mods if you don't even play isaac or any game on steam anymore nowadays? are you informing others about them? if so, then i'll let you do that. thirdly, would you still would have changed your steam username from tatarasanuarturliviu to slime_enthusiast369 even if i didn't report your spammy behavior to steam due to the isaacguru fixation? lastly, i heard from howyouknowitsreal that you're racist. is that true?

I've always wished for a rune enhancer feature in the game (same thing with the Magic Chalk modded passive item) since we already have one for cards and pills respectively in the forms of Tarot Cloth and Horse Pills. This could pair perfectly well with the Runic Geode modded active item that is the rune counterpart to Deck of Cards for cards and Mom's Bottle of Pills for pills.
