How to unlock FPS cap \ Add Frame Generation

Its easy, just go to

C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\MGSDelta\Saved\Config\Windows

and open GameUserSettings.ini and find FrameRateLimit=60.000000 string and change the number to whatever you want.
After make it "Read Only" - causes slowmo effect, don't use it

IF it doesnt work on your system do this:

go to

C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\MGSDelta\Saved\Config\Windows

open Engine.ini and at the very end and save.

Do not use FPS higher than 120, as this also causes a slowmo effect

[SystemSettings]
bUseFixedFrameRate=True
bSmoothFrameRate=False
FixedFrameRate=119

HOW TO ENABLE FRAMEGEN!

After you download and extract the Lylls mod and unlocked fps to next:

Goto

1. Click Win+R, %localappdata%, then find \MGSDelta\Saved\Config\Windows
   
2. Open Engine.ini, scroll down to the end, add this:

[/script/engine.renderersettings]
t.Streamline.Reflex.Enable=1
r.Streamline.DLSSG.Enable=1

After doing this, make this file read only, right click on.
And now you have FrameGen.

For better performance, I recommend enabling the ReBar function.

Smooth motion gives less artifacts than frame gen

Found it for AMD cards (I'm using RX 6600). Add this two lines to Engine.ini

[SystemSettings]
r.FidelityFX.FI.Enabled=1

Note: There is no need for mods for this

I see the Framegen is DLSS, is there a way to apply FSR?

The issue with raising the cap above 60fps is that everything runs faster, so stamina runs out faster, soliders wake up faster, etc. Kind of annoying for it to affect the gameplay

Seems like a lot of things to just get a few frames of smoothed animation... 60 fps constant with not sound issues or glitching stuff is fine by me! People love to make issues and solve them when it never really was needed in the first place.
