I got the first star in B7 by using 3 cubes to jump over the wall behind the star. I got two cubes from A Big Lump of Mine, just but jumping over the wall from the stationary mine (like you do to get the second star by the pyramid). and one of the cubes I took from a fan across forever by jumping onto the wall by the stairs (on the other side of the fan) similar to [GofW] RibsNGibs. and then just take one of the cubes down and stack them to make stairs to jump over the short back wall right behind the star in bouncing back and forth
Here is a "Yolo"-Solution for C4-Oubliette:
I advice to play Oubliette first, because Reasons.
Complete the C4 puzzle and collect the Tetris thing as normal, so the "exit fence" opens.
Record yourself holding the platform, walk over to the stone slab, so you can jump on your ghost later. Walk around the two corners, where the exit fence was and where the barrier and red receptacle is. Ignore those things, we play like a boss.
To your right should be a huge unclimbable fence, but in the middle is a small stone slab you can jump on. Jump a couple times, then go back and end the recording. Jump on your ghost, ride him and when he jumped on the small stone slab and jumps, just jump over the fence.
There is your star and GG, you just trapped yourself. Rewind time.
You bring two cubes to the left of the entrance. You go all the way to the left and then place one cube between the wall and fence somewhere in the middle. If done correctly you can jump to the wall from the cube and then place the second cube on top. From the wall you should be able to jump on top of the two cubes and then to the fence.
Interestingly, this is the only solution that I found.
So, I don't think any spoiler tags will be necessary, since I am only loosely referring to solutions you have already presented.
It's all about the first solution you presented for getting the bonus fan, and then doing the same thing with a twist, hint: Pulviriza's solution, to get the light connector from the same puzzle.
And last, there are no less than 3 puzzles that you can get a blue light source and a connector at the doorway, but some of them take some work, and one of them is super easy... this might be a place for a spoiler tag, but get the blue light source from "alley of the pressure plates" . it's the easiest.
