[Photon] GTA4 Tow Truck

Description
This is the files needed to enable photon emergency lights and sirens for Sickness's GTA4 tow truck . You will need to have the tow truck files downloaded and Schmal's Photon: Emergency & Car Lighting Engine addon.

You can try some of these server content addons for the model of the towtruck if you dont know how to download from the svn.
