Replaces the default round loss music with "No Man Left Behind" from Black Hawk Down

As always, type in 'snd_restart' in the console if the mod doesn't load up right away.

I was on board till I saw that file size. The music plays for 30 seconds max, why so big

This is really cool, but i have a question: Have u edited the track, since the round loss audio doesnt last 1min, unless this goes into the map selection part, even then, 1m30s would be enough, so the file size could be MUCH less :/
